1. What we collect
This is a static website. There is no account system and no form data is stored on our servers. The demo request form composes an email in your own browser, which you send from your own mail client. The company name, contact name, contact details and description you provide are used only to respond to your enquiry.
2. How we use it
Information you provide is used to reply to enquiries, arrange demonstrations, send requested materials and, with your consent, share product updates. We do not pass it to advertisers or unrelated third parties except where required by law.
3. Cookies and analytics
This website uses no third-party advertising or tracking cookies. If analytics are introduced later, this page will be updated and an opt-out provided.
4. Your rights
You may ask us at any time to access, correct or delete the information you have provided, by writing to sales@livebpm.com.cn. We will act within a reasonable period.
5. Customer business data
Business data handled during delivery and operation is governed by the contract and the data processing agreement. Under on-premise deployment, data does not leave the customer environment. Under API mode, traffic passes through a model gateway that enforces masking. See the governance section of the LiveAI page.
