About DLTECH
Shanghai Donglan Information Technology Co., Ltd. (上海东兰信息技术有限公司) was founded in 2001 and trades as DLTECH. We are a digitalisation and AI partner for enterprises and public institutions, and the first WfMC member in China. Business process management is where we started, but a process system has never been all we deliver.
Run the process well, then make the business intelligent
Most customers meet us over a single approval form. But putting a process online is only the first step. Once the paperwork is standardised, the next problems arrive: data that does not move between systems, judgement that lives in individual experience, and policies that change faster than the configuration behind them. Buying another package does not solve those.
So we built the foundation ourselves. LiveBPM handles reliable execution and the complete audit trail; LiveAI handles understanding, extraction and judgement. On top of those two layers we build complete business systems and industry platforms around the customer's actual operations. One organisation and permission model, one process engine, one agent foundation, so the systems interoperate by construction and can be adopted step by step.
Research and delivery carry equal weight: the platform team handles product development and delivery, a dedicated agent team validates and ships AI scenarios. Quality first, service first, the user above all.

An open technology stack
The model layer speaks the OpenAI-compatible protocol, so we can connect a public cloud model or a dedicated on-premise instance as you require. We maintain long-term technical partnerships with universities, research institutes and cloud providers, and integrate with development platforms and the WeCom, DingTalk and Feishu workplaces.
We are not in the lock-in business: changing model does not mean rewriting the application, and changing cloud does not mean migrating your processes.
Engineers who work on processes and agents
We are consistently looking for .NET and Vue full-stack engineers, process implementation consultants, and agent engineers familiar with applied LLM engineering: retrieval, tool wrapping and evaluation. No inflated titles here, just systems running inside real businesses.
